At the Last Meeting...

The social/magic portion of the meeting brought forward a full number of performers (it usually does since one of our rules is that all who attend must perform). The theme for the night was, "Pins, Pens, and Penetrations."

Phil Milstead was first up he made a toothpick go thru his finger and then proceeded to hang himself with his rendition of "Go hang yourself" (rope thru neck).

Lars Klores, a first time visitor regaled us with his card expertise with "Cheating and Signing Off," (Card effects with multi changes).

Sam Brothers, performed "Red Hot Momma/Chicago Opener" card effect)

Rick Beatty keeping up with the latest trends showed his body modification with "Spike thru Tongue."

Matt Hiller, inscrutably caused 3 Chinese coins to penetrate on and off a string with his presentation of "Charming Chinese Challenge."

Erick Feinberg showing that Tenyo is alive and well performed "Pen thru Anything, Billusion and Soft Coins."

Noland Montgomery displaying his usual panache and aplomb treated us to a performance of "Cups and balls."

Larry Lipman tied us up with a rendition of the "Singing Worms" (you guessed it, it was a rope trick).

Hugh Turley took us on a trip to the zoo with the animal card trick "Deja Zoo."

Larson Eisenberg showed his handling of that famous card trick "Immaculate Connection."

Steve Javes performed one from the menu at Quiznos with the "Quiznos Vanish."

Dwight Redman not letting Erick get the best of him performed the Tenyo penetration "Bermuda Triangle" and then made a coin appear in a "Nest of Boxes."

A full meeting of magic and mayhem that was followed by more magic and fellowship in the Reliable Source after the meeting.

See you on the 19th. Join us early for more fellowship.
